Chop Chop Catering’s owner, Ken Harper is a leading innovator and educator in Ottawa culinary circles. Before moving to the Ottawa area, Ken worked at Toronto’s Royal York Hotel where he cooked for the Queen of England and other leading foreign dignitaries. In addition to providing eclectic menu planning and catering services for upscale personal and corporate events, Ken also teaches specialty cooking classes, caters weddings and consults for other catering companies throughout the Ottawa region.
