Avocado,Blueberry and Almond Smoothy

1 cup frozen blueberries ½ cup frozen cranberries 1/2 cup toasted oatmeal 1/4 ripe Hass Avocado 1 tbsp almond butter 1 cup plain yoghurt 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup(or to taste) 2 1/2  cups orange juice Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and purée Add more liquid if too thick This should provide a great breakfast for 2-3 people
